Gift card policy

Gift cards are redeemable at the following locations:

Santouka Allston (MA), Harvard Square (MA), Back Bay (MA), Bellevue (WA), University Village (WA), Tysons Corner (VA), and West Loop (IL).

Valid for dine-in and pick-up food and beverages only at listed locations. Not valid for app or delivery orders.

Not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable state law.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided and the remaining balance can be verified.

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Santouka is not responsible for unauthorized use. Please treat gift cards like cash.
